Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.

For hygiene reasons, items that appear to have been worn or used—even briefly—cannot be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
